* include/parallel/multiway_merge.h
        (multiway_merge_exact_splitting): Deallocate borders correctly.
        (parallel_multiway_merge): Remove unnecessarily complicated
        allocation, random access iterators are default-constructible;
        deallocate ne_seqs correctly.
