* df.c (df_insn_table_realloc): Change parameter to unsigned.
	* optabs.c (expand_binop): Make variable unsigned.
	* simplify-rtx.c (simplify_subreg): Likewise.
	* unroll.c (unroll_loop): Cast to avoid signed/unsigned warnings.
