	(InetSocketAddress): Correct initialization of hostname, fixed typo.
	(equals): Added comment about equality of InetSocketAddress objects.
	* java/net/ServerSocket.java
	(accept): Added checks.
	(isClosed): New stubbed method.
	* java/net/SocketOptions.java: Reindention.
	* java/net/SocketPermission
	(SocketPermission): Documentation fixed.
