ArrayValue.java: New file.

	* classpath/gnu/classpath/jdwp/value/ArrayValue.java: New file.
	* classpath/lib/gnu/classpath/jdwp/value/ArrayValue.class: New file.
	* gnu/classpath/jdwp/ArrayValue.h: New file.
	* gnu/classpath/jdwp/natVMFrame.cc (getValue): Add array case.
	(setValue): Ditto.
