re PR sanitizer/60636 (ubsan doesn't instrument signed integer ABS_EXPR)

PR sanitizer/60636
	* ubsan.c (instrument_si_overflow): Instrument ABS_EXPR.

	* c-c++-common/ubsan/pr60636.c: New test.
