* Makefile.in (distclean, clean, uninstall, install, all): Add
	multilib support.
	configure.in: Likewise.
	configure: Regenerate.
	* libF77/Makefile.in, libU77/Makefile.in, libI77/Makefile.in (clean):
	Explictly remove stamp in parent's directory.
