cfg.c (connect_src, [...]): New.

* cfg.c (connect_src, connect_dest, disconnect_src,
	disconnct_dest): New.
	(unchecked_make_edge, remove_edge, redirect_edge_succ,
	redirect_edge_pred): Use the new functions.
