Change use to type-based pool allocator in

* tree-ssa-sccvn.c (vn_reference_insert): Use new type-based pool allocator.
	(vn_reference_insert_pieces): Likewise.
	(vn_phi_insert): Likewise.
	(visit_reference_op_call): Likewise.
	(copy_phi): Likewise.
	(copy_reference): Likewise.
	(process_scc): Likewise.
	(allocate_vn_table): Likewise.
	(free_vn_table): Likewise.
