gcc/cp/

	* call.c (add_builtin_candidate)<case INDIRECT_REF>: The type
	of the argument of the indirection operator should not be
	dependent.  Fix the comment.

gcc/testsuite/

	* g++.dg/conversion/cast3.C: New test.
