freebsd-elf.h (SWITCH_TAKES_ARG): Redefine, not define. 

* freebsd-elf.h (SWITCH_TAKES_ARG):  Redefine, not define.
        (STARTFILE_SPEC):  Define, override the svr4.h version.
        (ENDFILE_SPEC):  Likewise.
