ia64.c (ia64_assemble_integer): Test POINTER_SIZE, not TARGET_ILP32. 

* config/ia64/ia64.c (ia64_assemble_integer): Test POINTER_SIZE,
	not TARGET_ILP32.
	(ia64_initialize_trampoline): Use globalize_label target call.
