Update remaining calls to choose_hard_reg_mode

gcc/
	* regs.h (HARD_REGNO_CALLER_SAVE_MODE): Update call to
	choose_hard_reg_mode.
	* config/sparc/sparc.h (HARD_REGNO_CALLER_SAVE_MODE): Likewise.
