* inclhack.def (aix_complex): Redefine _Complex_I.  Do not
        redefine I.
        * (aix_stdint_[12345]): New fixes.
        * fixincl.x: Regenerate.
        * tests/base/complex.h: Update check.
        * tests/base/stdint.h: Add AIX stdint.h checks.
