(CPP_PREDEFINES): Drop -Dmc88100.

Browse Source 
(CPP_SPEC): Reproduce the predefine -Dmc88100 when -m88100 is in
	effect.  Otherwise, supply -D__mc881x0__ when -m881x0 is in effect.
