Makefile.in (C_AND_C_OBJS): Add ggc-callbacks.o.

* Makefile.in (C_AND_C_OBJS): Add ggc-callbacks.o.
	(OBJS): Add $(GGC).
	(ggc-callbacks.o): New target.
	* ggc-callbacks.c: New file.
