(\titlefonts): New macro to set title font styles, so italic etc.

(\titlefonts): New macro to set title font styles, so italic etc. work
in @title.
(\titlefont): No longer needed.
(\titlepage): Call \titlefonts instead of \titlefont.
(\chapsf, \ssecsy, \ssecttsl): Correct magstep values.
