* cplus-dem.c (SCOPE_STRING): Remove DMGL_JAVA stuff.
	(cplus_demangle_opname):  Initialize work.
	(demangle_template): Remove is_java_array.
	(do_type): Remove DMGL_JAVA stuff.
	(long_options): Remove "java".
	(main): Remove 'j' option.
