Delete all WARN_CFLAGS references from fixinc.
* Makefile.in (fixinc.sh): Don't set or export WARN_CFLAGS. Fix comment. * fixinc/Makefile.in (FL_LIST): Don't mention WARN_CFLAGS. (fixincl.o-warn): Delete. From-SVN: r80984
