	* sdbout.c (CONTIN): Removed empty macro.
	(sdbout_one_type): Remove CONTIN usages.
	Remove ^Ls.
	(tag_of_ru_type): Remove #if 0'ed function.
	(sdbout_symbol): Remove #if 0'ed code.
	(sdbout_one_type): Remove a #if 1.
	(sdbout_one_type): Remove #if 0'ed code.
	(sdbout_init): Remove RMS_QUICK_HACK_1 code.
	Remove PARAMS, use ISO C90 prototypes for all functions.
