config.gcc (i[34567]86-*-freebsd*, [...]): Add i386/t-fprules-softfp and soft-fp/t-softfp to tmake_file. 

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* config.gcc (i[34567]86-*-freebsd*, x86_64-*-freebsd*): Add
	i386/t-fprules-softfp and soft-fp/t-softfp to tmake_file.

	* libgcc-std.ver (GCC_4.6.0): Define version.
