* ansidecl.h (ATTRIBUTE_MALLOC): New macro.

        * libiberty.h (buildargv, dupargv, concat, choose_temp_base,
        make_temp_file, xmalloc, xcalloc, xstrdup, xmemdup): Add
        ATTRIBUTE_MALLOC.
        (xatexit): Remove __GNUC__ check, add ATTRIBUTE_NORETURN.
