[PATCH] Fix declaration of pthread-structs in s-osinte-rtems.ads (ada/68169)

PR ada/68169
	* s-oscons-tmplt.c: Generate pthread constants for RTEMS
	* s-osinte-rtems.ads: Declare pthread structs as opaque types in Ada
