Make-lang.in ($(srcdir)/f/g77.info): Added dependencies on fdl.texi.

* Make-lang.in ($(srcdir)/f/g77.info): Added dependencies on
fdl.texi.
(f/g77.dvi): Use TEXI2DVI instead of custom tex calls.  Create the
dvi file in the f directory.
