langhooks-def.h (LANG_HOOKS_TYPE_MAX_SIZE): New langhook. 

* langhooks-def.h (LANG_HOOKS_TYPE_MAX_SIZE): New langhook.
	* langhooks.h (strct lang_hooks): New field type_max_size.
	* function.c (assign_temp): Call it.
