Fix bug exposed by reload.c no longer rounding the frame
	size to BIGGEST_ALIGNMENT:
	* sh.c (rounded_frame_size): New function.
	(sh_expand_prologue, sh_expand_epilogue): Use it.
	(initial_elimination_offset): Likewise.
