	_GLIBCXX_HAVE_STRTOF instead _GLIBCXX_USE_C99 to check for strtof.
	Likewise, use _GLIBCXX_HAVE_STRTOLD instead of _GLIBCXX_USE_C99
	to check for presence of strtold.
