Makefile.in (FIXINC_DEFS): Add -DHAVE_CONFIG_H. 

* fixinc/Makefile.in (FIXINC_DEFS): Add -DHAVE_CONFIG_H.

	* fixinc/gnu-regex.c: Don't include auto-host.h since we get
	config.h now.  Include libiberty.h to handle alloca.
