* a-stwisu.adb, a-strsup.adb, a-stzsup.adb (Super_Slice): Fix slice
	index.

	* a-stwima.adb (To_Set): Add extra check when N = 0.

	* g-regpat.adb: (Match_Simple_Operator): Avoid possible overflow.
