	* config/mips/r3900.h: Update Copyright years.
	(MIPS_CPU_STRING_DEFAULT): Undef before defining.
	(MULTILIB_DEFAULTS, MIPS_ABI_DEFAULT, SUBTARGET_CC1_SPEC): Likewise.
