configure.in: Rename config_gtfiles to target_gtfiles.

* configure.in: Rename config_gtfiles to target_gtfiles.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * doc/gty.texi: Update reference.
        * config.gcc (powerpc-*-darwin*): Set target_gtfiles
        instead of appending to it.
