* config/sparc/sol2-bi.h (AS_SPARC64_FLAG): New.
        * config/sparc/sol2-gas-bi.h: New file.
        * config.gcc (sparc*-solaris): Add it as needed.
        * configure.in (AS_SPARC64_FLAG): Remove check.
        * config.in, configure: Regenerate.
