* config/s390/s390.md ("*cmpdi_cct", "*cmpsi_cct", "*cmpdi_ccs",
	"*cmpsi_ccs"): Use %h instead of %c to print immediate operand.
	("*zero_extendhisi2_64", "*zero_extendhisi2_31"): Choose based on
	TARGET_ZARCH instead of TARGET_64BIT.
