	* testsuite/lib/libgomp.exp (libgomp_init): Add -march=i486
	for ia32 instead of ilp32.

	* testsuite/libgomp.c/atomic-1.c: Require ia32 instead of ilp32.
	* testsuite/libgomp.c/atomic-6.c: Likewise.
