Fix typos in libstdc++ docs and update copyright years

* doc/xml/manual/spine.xml: Update copyright years.
	* doc/xml/manual/build_hacking.xml: Fix spelling of libbuilddir.
	* doc/xml/manual/test.xml: Likewise.
	* doc/html/*: Regenerate.
