svr4.h (MD_EXEC_PREFIX): Don't use if cross compiling. 

* svr4.h (MD_EXEC_PREFIX): Don't use if cross compiling.
	(MD_STARTFILE_PREFIX): Likewise.
	(LINK_SPEC): Don't use absolute path names if cross compiling.
