* config/os/hpux/os_defines.h (_GLIBCPP_INST_ATOMICITY_LOCK): Define.
	* src/misc-inst.cc (std): Instantiate atomicity lock when
	_GLIBCPP_INST_ATOMICITY_LOCK is defined.
	* config/cpu/hppa/atomicity.h: New file.
