rs6000: Delete VECTOR_OTHER

	* config/rs6000/rs6000-opts.h (enum rs6000_vector): Delete
	VECTOR_OTHER.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_debug_vector_unit): Delete
	case VECTOR_OTHER.
