use-after-scope fallout

PR testsuite/78242
	* g++.dg/asan/use-after-scope-4.C: New test.
	* g++.dg/asan/use-after-scope-types-4.C: Update scanned pattern.
	* gcc.dg/asan/use-after-scope-8.c: Remove.
