	result.
	(inflate): Return 0 if input array is length 0.
	(setInput): Don't set last_input_count.
	* java/util/zip/Inflater.java (last_input_count): Removed.

	(build_ptrmemfunc): Tidy.  Clarify comment.  Make sure that even a
	cast from a pointer-to-member constant to its own type does not
	result in a valid non-type template argument.
