Peter Bergner 0258b6e466 acinclude.m4 (LIBITM_CHECK_AS_HTM): New.

        * acinclude.m4 (LIBITM_CHECK_AS_HTM): New.
        * configure.ac: Use it.

Richard Henderson d4b179020b libitm: Don't add -mavx if the assembler doesn't support avx.
