* gnu/gcj/convert/JIS0208_to_Unicode.cc: Declare java_exceptions
	pragma.
	* gnu/gcj/convert/JIS0212_to_Unicode.cc: Likewise.
	* gnu/gcj/convert/Unicode_to_JIS.cc: Likewise.
	* gnu/gcj/convert/gen-from-JIS.c: Put java_exceptions pragma in
	output file.
