        size-specific macros. _GLIBCXX_ATOMIC_BUILTINS_1,

        _GLIBCXX_ATOMIC_BUILTINS_8. Use _GLIBCXX_ATOMIC_BUILTINS to
        indicate use of C++11 atomic builtins.
