TARGET_SH5.
(SUBTARGET_CPP_SPEC): Arrange for __PTRDIFF_TYPE__ to be defined.
* config/sh/elf.h (PTRDIFF_TYPE): Likewise.
* config/sh/sh64.h (SUBTARGET_CPP_SPEC): Likewise.
