	relative to libgcj_basedir.
	* acinclude.m4 ((LIBGCJ_CONFIGURE): Call AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR and
	AC_CANONICAL_SYSTEM here.
	* Makefile.am (CONFIG_STATUS_DEPENDENCIES): Use srcdir, not

        for bytecode archives.
