	larger than INTEGER_CST.  (store_by_pieces_1): Use it here...

	* cpphash.c (_cpp_init_hashtable): Don't set it.
	* cppmacro.c (builtin_macro) [BT_STDC]: Use the language setting
	directly.  Clarify comment.
