	* docs/17_intro/porting-howto.html:  Changes from Felix.
	* docs/gccrebuild.html:  Mention v3->egcs move.
	* docs/faq/index.html:  Ditto.  Also misc tweaks and URL updates.
	* docs/faq/index.txt:  Regenerate.
