e6226a2f87 ltconfig (osf[345]): Append $major to soname_spec. 
* ltconfig (osf[345]): Append $major to soname_spec.
	Reflect this in library_names_spec.
	* ltmain.sh (osf): Prefix $major with . for use as extension.

	boehm-gc:
