	Define appropriate long double limits for m68k extended floating

	(__glibcpp_f32_digits10): Corrected, off by one.
	(__glibcpp_f80_digits10): Likewise.
	(__glibcpp_f128_digits10): Likewise.
	* config/os/gnu-linux/bits/os_defines.h
	(__glibcpp_long_double_bits) [__mc68000__]: Define to 96.

        (all-local): std_limits.h is no longer built.

        * src/limits.cc: New file.
        * src/Makefile.am (sources): Add limits.cc in replacement of
        limitsMEMBERS.cc.
        * src/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
