6dab9931f8 t-avr (intfuncs16): Add _clrsbXX2.

	* config/avr/t-avr (intfuncs16): Add _clrsbXX2.

gcc/
	* longlong.h (count_leading_zeros, count_trailing_zeros,
	COUNT_LEADING_ZEROS_0): Define for target avr if W_TYPE_SIZE is 16
	resp. 64.
