9fdeb13b0e call.exp: Adjust FSF address.

	* testsuite/libffi.call/call.exp: Adjust FSF address. Add test runs for
	-O2, -O3, -Os and the warning flags -W -Wall.
	* testsuite/libffi.special/special.exp: Likewise.
	* testsuite/libffi.call/ffitest.h: Add an __UNUSED__ macro to mark
	unused parameter unused for gcc or else do nothing.
	* testsuite/libffi.special/ffitestcxx.h: Likewise.

	and userdata unused.
